Job Description
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to clients through the daily management of a team of employees.  Additionally, the position is responsible for assisting in development, analysis and implementation of bringing on new customers.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years professional work experience
  • Customer service/client relation experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly over the telephone and through emails
  • Experience supporting software applications for end users; experience with Learning Management software preferred
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Ability to become an expert on application functionality and share knowledge with others
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively and communicate well with employees at all levels of the organization and externally to customers
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong Excel skills a plus
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently as required
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to build strategic and well-managed relationships with key partners
  • Troubleshooting technical questions with clients and escalating tickets to senior support as needed
  • Critical thinking skills needed to evaluate issues with clients and report issues to internal ticketing system
  • Experience as a trainer/mentor to employees or clients a plus
