Myrna Vasquez, Nutritional Program Assistant with the Calloway County Cooperative Extension Agency will be providing a nutritional healthy choices program for the community in the Wesley at Murray Community Room, 440 Utterback Road, Murray, KY 42071. Participants will receive an interactive demonstration of a healthy recipe and free samples.
