You're invited to see Murray's first exclusive pain management center When people in Calloway County are in pain, they often drive to our offices in Paducah. They need help that's closer to home. That's why the Lourdes Pain Management Center has opened an office in Murray, offering basic services like:  Medication management - Injection therapy-  Counseling-  Referrals. Under the medical direction of Dr. Riley Love, our experienced nurse practitioner, Kemp Smith, will help get this community back on the road to recovery.
