Event Description:
Each couple will receive a FREE Birth Plan and a Resource List. A few of the topics will include: ?What to expect at the hospital. ?Ways to labor at home before going to hospital. ?Use of essential oils before, during, and after pregnancy. ?Ways to speed up dilation. ?Natural ways to ease pain during labor. ?Acupressure and massage during labor. ?What a Doula is for, and ways she can help during pregnancy, labor, and lactation consulting.
