The Murray State University Crisp Center in conjunction with the West Kentucky Community and Technical College in Paducah, KY is host to the 2014 Kentucky Girls STEM Collaborative Project Conference. We are very pleased to announce that ALL STUDENTS attending the conference will be admitted FREE of charge thanks to a generous donation by Lockheed Martin Corporation. An Adult/Educator fee of $30 is charged to adult attendees. The Health Sciences and Other Interesting Careers for Girls Conference will offer innovative, interactive, and hands on activities for the students and will feature several opportunities for them to interact and learn from professionals and educators in the STEM fields from across the state of Kentucky and beyond. The Adult/Educator track will offer clinics and informational sessions with leading professionals and educators in the STEM fields. The highlight of the Adult/Educator track will be a panel discussion entitled, "How Can We Get More Girls to Choose STEM Careers". Professional Development will be offered for adults interested in attending the conference. Registration deadline is June 9.
