Event Description:
Freedom Fest!  Family fun full day of events. Includes Boy Scout breakfast, the patriotic parade, reading of the Declaration of Independence, family night at the park, Town & Gown Community Band, and ends with the fireworks.
Location:
6-9am, Boy Scout Breakfast: First United Methodist Church
7:30 am, Veteran's Ceremony:Chestnut Park
8:45 am, Main Street Mile (walk/run)
9:30 am, Parade: Main St (10th to downtown)
11am, Reading of the Declaration of Independence: Courthouse lawn
6pm-10pm, Family Night at Central Park
8pm, Town & Gown Community Band and Chorale:Lovett Auditorium
9:30pm, Fireworks Extravaganza: 641N
